Shift: 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, on call as needed

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

The Senior Programmer Analyst is a key member of the development team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting LifeNet Health systems, primarily in Microsoft Technologies. Responsible for solution architecture and application lifecycle management for all applications built on Microsoft Technologies. Plans, executes, and delivers projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible and accountable for defining, maintaining, and updating Solution Architecture.
  • Responsible for managing assigned projects to completion. Provides support as assigned to address emergency and urgent issues. Ensures resources and budgets are properly managed. Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external business to identify needs, analyze business problems, and develop technical solutions.
  • Researches and makes recommendations on software products and services, as well as whether to procure or develop in-house. Ensures new systems meet Information Technology software technical quality standards.
  • Coordinates and strategically leads all development efforts with technical team (onsite and offshore) to provide a roadmap and ensure a quality solution is delivered in compliance with validation and quality principles.
  • Mentor's junior resources in software development principles and LNH SOP's

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in software development and analysis such as using the Microsoft technology stack including C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core MVC, and/ or a strong SQL skill set.
  • Three (3) years of experience with Agile Methodology and leading development teams.

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Two (2) years of Experience with Team Foundation Server, or Git administration / configuration or build and release management.
  • Two (2) years of Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls.
  • Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery.
  • Database and Analytical Skills: Knowledge and experience of relational database. Ability to analyze reports and data.
  • Engage: Ability to inspire and lead people to successful outcomes.
  • Achieves Results: Ability to lead team as well as work independently and honor commitment to objectives.
  • Business Acumen: Thorough knowledge and understanding of we application development and object-oriented design patterns.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate's qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $74,354 annually (entry-level qualifications) to $99,138 annually (experienced in this role). *

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
