Senior Project Administrator
Job Description
Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Senior Project Administrator located at our Beavercreek, OH office. The Senior Project Administrator's primary function will be to provide subcontractor management for multiple subcontracts.
Responsibilities include:
- Works with Subcontracts Manager to establish subcontracts
- Create and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors
- Tracks expenditures, including direct labor, subcontract and consultant labor, travel and ODCs ensuring compliance with contact and contract requirements
- Produces and verifies monthly invoices and revenue for submission to Program Control Lead for approval
- Assist in preparation of subcontractor forecast, cost and other information as required
- Produces reports for assigned contracts and distributes to Program Control Lead
- Directly supports the Program Control Team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience using Deltek Software / Costpoint a plus.
- Highly organized individual who can manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work both independently and as a team
- Excellent communication skills
- An aptitude for analytical thinking and problem solving
- The ability to work collaboratively and use sound judgement
- Experience monitoring and evaluating project progress
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and maintaining numerous subcontracts
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, project-centric environment
