THE OPPORTUNITY

The Manager Data Team is responsible for all aspects of investment data management for Cambridge Associates. This includes data collection, document management, data interpretation, data quality control, and request management.

Senior Project Analysts in Enterprise Data are responsible for supporting operations and projects that change the way the business operates. Senior Project Analysts on the Manager Data Team contribute to multiple initiatives at a time focusing on enhancement of existing processes/tools/applications or creation of new processes/tools/applications and data quality management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Provide support on project management tasks under the direction of department leadership

§ Independently develop and execute plans to complete lower complexity subprojects and task groups

§ Analyze project data to identify problems, produce insights, and make recommendations

§ Provide operational support such as taking meeting minutes, following up with project team members, creating trainings, and new processes related to project implementations

§ Contribute to project completion by executing on project tasks alongside other project team members

§ Contribute to written project updates and presentations

§ Bring creative solutioning and outside the box thinking to complex challenges

QUALIFICATIONS

§ Experience working on projects in data-focused environment required. Experience in operations or the investment management industry a plus.

§ Experience in one or more of the following domain areas as a project participant required: project management, data quality management, data analysis, process improvement, or investment data

§ Ability to write thorough business requirements

§ Effective written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with internal and external parties at all levels

§ Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

§ Strong Excel skills required. SQL skills and Asana experience a plus
