Responsibility:
Operational Excellence

• Support the establishment, execution, and oversight of a project's operations (ie budget, forecasting, margin, metrics, risk/isssue management, billing/invoicing, purchase orders, MSA/ SOW/ SLA compliance, etc).

• Metrics and Reporting.

• Support the tracking/measurment and progress against established measures and metics (eg bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures).

• Program Governance.

• Support the establishment, execution, and oversigh of a project's governance (ie stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits management, change management, scope management, team work enviornment, , onboaringin, etc).

• Estimation and Planning.

• Support the establishment, execution, and oversight of project delivery estimation and planning (team resouce and timeline) across Cognizant organization (pursuit through sprints/PIs).

• Execution Excelllence.

• Support the the set up and daily running of a project (ie task assignment and optimization, resource schedules, logistics, tracking,issues/risk management, running meetings, organizing events, status reporting, adhoc reporting, etc).

• Client Relationship Management.

• Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the project.

• Community Development.

• Personally contributes to the continous improvement of the program & project management guild and community (best practices, networking, standards, training, tools, etc).

• Compliance.

• Monitors and supports Progrram Management tool and process compliance.
