Senior Project Coordinator
Job Description
Education and Experience Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
- Five+ years of experience in a project management environment required
- Five+ years of experience in a non-profit or publishing organization
- Experience working with methodologies such as scrum, Kanban, agile, and waterfall

Computer Skills Required:
- Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA)

Responsibilities:
- Collect status updates from publishing management team, and relevant stakeholders, on all publishing projects
- Report out on status of projects and key operating & maintenance activities across the publishing organization to the CPO
- Implement and reinforce project management best practices across the publishing organization
- Create relevant reports and dashboards with key progress, risks, and dependencies
- Work directly with product owners and content experts to flag constraints to execution
- Work with peers in other parts of the association to identify and track large initiatives that draw on shared resources
- On ad hoc basis, where needed, represent product owners and content experts on projects
- Together with CPO, clarify and monitor project roles and responsibilities of publishing staff working with other parts of the organization
- Provide other administrative and project support to CPO, in close collaboration with Executive Assistant of the CPO.
