Senior Project Lead

Role and responsibilities

• In this role you will be accountable for managing the priority setting over multiple projects and support the set-up of a project portfolio
• You love to juggle with priorities of multiple stakeholders and have a high drive to make it happen and help our customers and stakeholders. 
• You will be responsible to understand the business requirements and ensure that 'the product' will satisfy these. 
• You will measure the project deliverables on quality and completeness regularly to ensure that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards. 
• You will define the KPI’s, in and out of scope, risks and dependencies of the projects. 
• You will define the client needs and, from this, the scope of the project, in order to correctly and effectively determine specifications and allocate resources. 
• You will create the required project documentation according to client standards that bring together the business need, the proposed solution, and the preliminary plan for scope, time and costs. 
• You will use appropriate Project Management and Agile tools, to schedule and track progress of the work performed by the project team.
• You will control the scope changes that affect the project schedule; revises the schedule as necessary.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Embedded Systems or equivalent. 
• Proven track record of Project Leadership / Managerial Skills within an Agile environment 
• Experienced in working with and managing multiple stakeholders. 
• A strong background in delivering end-to-end technical solutions to clients. 
• Experience in motivating and driving teams
