Job Description

We seek a Sr. Project Manager to manage a workstream for one of our major Healthcare Clients. This is a contract to possible hire opportunity; contract will run through the end of December, 2024. 

Job Overview: 

The Sr. Project Manager will be leading one of our Client’s workstreams. This role requires excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage projects containing cross-functional teams.

You will: 

• Work with Client to create and modify Product Roadmaps. 

• Scope out tasks, create timelines, and build reasonable delivery dates for upcoming work. 

• Host and lead daily touch bases, project planning and product backlog calls. 

• Manage project resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. 

• Interpret guidelines from Client and internal stakeholders and make decisions in nonstandard situations. 

• Work with Client Product team to draft and send release documentation to stakeholders. 

• Create and contribute to content for Client executive stakeholder presentations. 

• Have a full grasp of Project Management domain knowledge, tools, and best practices. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must Haves: 

• 6+ years experience in Project Management. 

• Experience with Monday Project Management software. 

• A winning mentality. 

• Flexible mindset that can pivot and adapt to changing Client business needs. 

• Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity and handle those situations with finesse. 

• Leadership experience, ability to be customer driven, results driven, and collaborative. 

• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex topics to varieties of audiences. 

• Creative, resourceful, well-organized, self-starter, solutions-oriented. 

• Travel to client locations when necessary. 

Nice to Haves: 

• Experience working as a Product Manager/Owner 

• Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical field
