Senior Project Management Coordinator

The Senior Project Management Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of all incoming Marketing work requests spanning across the Creative, Web and Marketing Operations teams to effectively support Marketing. While the coordinator’s day-to-day focus will be triaging work following a prioritization model, their long-term focus will be to understand the processes of the department and iterate on those processes to scale with the team. Digital Marketing experience is crucial for this role, as this individual will act as an extension of each Digital Marketing team - regularly attending team meetings and running projects.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• A true passion for using your project management skills to find solutions, bring stakeholders together and see the bigger picture while managing the smaller details

• To understand the nuances of working on a Marketing, Web or Creative (in-house/agency) team, preferably in the tech space

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, respectful manner

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Project management training or certifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience using Wrike or a similar project management software
