OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage schedule to make sure project on-time delivery.
• Project P&L management and ensure cost and profit performance.
• Keep continuous communication with customer to well understand customer's needs and ensure good customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and well manage all potential risk to deliver the project smoothly.
• Identify and manage change order to maximize Schneider benefit.
• Follow corporate policy and QMS in align with ISO quality requirements and other interested parties' requirement strictly.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or above, electrical major, +5 years' experience in marine segment.

• Good power distribution system knowledge and marine requirement (Class regulation).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Excellent interpersonal - relationship.

• Basic financial literacy.

• Strong leadership within cross functional background.

• Project management certificate is preferred
