This role offers the opportunity to lead large and complex technical projects from inception through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders alike. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee project financials, timelines, and quality standards. The position requires strategic planning, risk management, and excellent stakeholder communication skills, all while maintaining a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple large-scale technical projects, including multiple workstreams
  • Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) with interdependencies and critical path analysis
  • Establish and execute communication strategies for stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and proactively manage changes in scope or priorities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Create and maintain resource plans to optimize allocation across projects
  • Implement engagement reviews, quality assurance procedures, and risk management plans
  • Oversee project financials, including budgets, profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization metrics
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all project milestones and deliverables
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in technology or professional services
    • Strong knowledge of project management theory and practical application in complex environments
    • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, vendor relationships, and internal resources
    • Proven leadership in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
    • Expertise in risk and issue identification, escalation, and resolution
    • Skilled in prioritizing multiple projects and managing competing deadlines
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including financial tracking and reporting
    • Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes
