YOUR ROLE:
As a Senior Project Manager, you are the orchestrator of the client projects – you’re the one who knows how to make things happen. You’re the master of the execution and process from project initiation to delivery. You are passionate about the CRM and Digital space. You’re creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative and have exceptional people skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Orchestrates the motion of every project liaising with all internal departments and client team(s) from start through completion.
- Understands scope of client request and implications. Able to translate requests into tight deliverables, assumptions, estimates/scopes of work and timelines.
- Aligns with resource management to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints. Monitors, reports, prioritizes and solves for project progress and risk. Escalates as necessary to ensure integrity of client scopes and agency profitability.
- Leads quality assurance requirements for the project. Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
- Initiates all activities to support project close out and retrospectives.
- Contributes and when assigned leads efficient meetings and conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.
- Optimize, upload and manage documents and images, using content management system(s) and DAM.
- Support agile team in scoping and planning content-related work
- Support Dev, QA and UAT during development on questions related to content and help triage and troubleshoot content-related or authoring-related bugs
- Support in creation of Confluence pages
- Track content authoring requirements throughout the dev process in order to communicate what needs to be authored after the code release
- Set content guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Identify areas for content enhancement and create related improvement planÂ
- Is a champion of the agency process and quality work – and is responsible for optimizing workflow.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of related agile project management experience, ideally in Digital CRM and 360 program management at an advertising or media agency.
- Capable of respectful, strong working relationships with internal and external team(s) to manage needs and expectations throughout project lifecycle.
- Experience with content platforms, such as AEM and SFMC, or must be confortable onboarding onto and working with new platform environments
- Evidence of working with project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Must have strong communication skills.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
