Senior Project Manager

At Pangea Money Transfer, we are dedicated to building the world’s best platform for consumers to transfer money internationally by reducing the cost and pain points of money transfer while maintaining high reliability and security standards.
Pangea is seeking an effective project manager to oversee the planning and execution of complex development projects for our core consumer facing platform and mobile apps.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate internal resources across development teams for the flawless execution of roadmap initiatives.
• Manage deliverables and resource planning as part of our roadmap prioritization process.
• Manage changes to project scope or schedule.
• Identify and resolve project risks and bottlenecks.
• Measure and manage metrics for delivery and team effectiveness.

Requirements: 

• Strong project management experience with a proven track record of multi-tasking and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders for at least 5 years.
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience with project management tools, preferably JIRA.
• Strong people skills, planning ability, attention to detail, and multitasking.
