Senior Project Manager
Job Description
The role of a Senior Project Manager is to provide excellent customer service while managing our clients’ custom quantitative market research projects. Our Digital PMs interact directly with our clients, media agencies and publishers, ensuring all projects are successful from start to finish. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ

Maintain full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) complex Digital market research projectsÂ
-
Consistently exceed client expectations from project inception through completionÂ
-
Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and servicesÂ
-
Manage multiple concurrent quantitative projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on qualityÂ
-
Ensure project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as survey programming, client development, etc.), and vendors (such as translators, etc.)Â
-
Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely mannerÂ
-
Effectively communicate both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team

Tasks may include:Â

Tagging online contentÂ

Testing online survey linksÂ
-
SamplingÂ
-
Set-up and monitor reports to evaluate key project metricsÂ
-
Ensure quality measures are followedÂ
-
Updating clients regularly on project progressÂ
-
Ensure key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
Knowledge and Skills RequiredÂ

Strong familiarity with the digital environmentÂ

Able to prioritize workflow, have a strong attention to detail and be service orientedÂ

Ability to lead and direct client meetings and be an advocate of the company and its capabilitiesÂ

At least three years of account or project management experience requiredÂ
-
Experience in market research desired but not requiredÂ
-
Experience in Digital Media desired but not required:Â
-

campaign management and ad trafficking from a media agencyÂ

media planner or buyer from an advertising agency.Â

Understanding of basic research methods used for evaluation effectiveness of online campaigns desiredÂ

Experience in a customer service environment desired but not requiredÂ

The base salary range for this position in is $60-$86K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
