Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Manages the development and execution of large complex, multi-phased projects with external project dependencies. Promotes client satisfaction by ensuring project adheres to stakeholder specifications. Responsible for project completion within determined scope, quality, and time constraints.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Serve as primary liaison with client Marketing Segment Managers, Decision Management, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful project completion• Provide consultative support to client business partners in reviewing requirements, offering suggestions, and answering questions• Partner with cross-functional teams to build execution plans to meet client needs and drive business results, ensuring controls and compliance.• Coordinate program requirements, activities and manage implementation of projects as
assigned, working with appropriate cross-functional teams to execute.• Influence team members regarding efficiency and feasibility; recommend improvements to
program design or production alternatives for more efficient use of marketing dollars.• Provide thought leadership and client direction to functional groups.• Manage programs to completion on time and within budget.• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams (requires ability to liaise with
internal and external partners and/or vendors) to launch campaigns and projects as
expected, with high degree of quality, within regulatory guidelines and achieving desired
results.• Works directly with marketing partners and financial teams to understand program and
project budget requirements.• Identify and manage issues to resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.• Requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.• Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.• Solid communication and project management skills.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:• Campaign Management Experience is preferred• Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers preferred and understanding of legal and regulatory environment preferred• Experience with digital marketing preferred #gd17
