Senior Project Manager

FEV Tutor, Inc. is searching for an exceptional Senior Project Manager with a passion for building and leading teams from the ground up. As a critical player reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer/Chief of Staff, you will spearhead our internal Project Management Office (PMO) function. Be the trailblazer, setting the stage for future hires as we scale and grow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build out and lead the newly created company PMO function and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Develop and implement a strong project management foundation with best practices and processes that can easily be replicated with scale

Set strategic priorities, define measurable KPIs, and support team members in execution of various projects that drive the company’s vision forward

Lead and guide global  project teams, ensuring they are set up for success to be productive and work effectively and efficiently

Proactively manage risks to prevent project delays, misalignments, and failures

Project manage for the successful integration of all acquisitions, delivering on all acquisition objectives

About You

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of timely and budget-conscious project deliveries.

Strong leadership skills, motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools; experience with Wrike is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Data analysis proficiency for data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
