Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play an integral and connecting role within our team, supporting our Game Producers and project crew in delivering products in a timely and organized manner. You are a master of Jira, comfortable working with large teams, and adept at gathering and sharing information with the necessary stakeholders and project team members. You understand the division of labor and project structure, and you have experience working on teams that have successfully delivered projects. You are fast, reliable, enjoy challenges, and perform well under pressure. Agile is our common methodology, and you can fully grasp and utilize it in day-to-day activities. Your project tracking is supported by the utilization of Jira reports and other tools, enabling you to quickly pinpoint issues and present or propose solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring seamless communication between different departments such as design, development, QA, and marketing.
• Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and track project plans and schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology: Implement and manage Agile practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and effective project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and manage team workloads to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project analyses.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the game development industry, having successfully delivered at least one major project.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions under pressure.
• Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and workflows.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
