This is a leadership-heavy project management role where stakeholder engagement, risk management, and operational excellence are critical. The environment is global, collaborative, and mission-driven, focused on improving healthcare access and outcomes through technology innovation.

  • Support pre-sales activities including solution validation, feasibility assessments, and project planning inputs
  • Oversee resource planning, equipment scheduling, and installation coordination activities
  • Monitor and report project progress, ensuring transparency in timelines, forecasts, and delivery milestones
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and process enhancement initiatives
  • May mentor team members and support project management best practices across teams
  • Requirements

This role requires strong project management expertise in complex technical environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

    • Proven experience in project management, ideally in healthcare technology, medical devices, or complex enterprise systems
    • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-complexity projects end-to-end
    • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level customers
    • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and escalation handling capabilities
    • Ability to interpret technical requirements across hardware, software, and integrated systems
    • Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and PM standards
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated, and high-accountability environments
    • Experience contributing to process improvements, documentation, or knowledge management practices is a plus
