Senior Project Manager

Do you enjoy creating the vision for a project from end to end in a fast paced, collaborative atmosphere? Have you managed a team of engineers who are working on tight deadlines, navigating various schedules?  We are looking for a highly organized, confident individual to take lead for large scale project. Who you are: 

• You have 5+ years of project management working across tight deadlines to accomplish strategic goals.
• Able to look at a set of goals and have the vision for executing a plan for your team. 
• Created coherent project plans in line with team standards, and within the current project lifecycle. Soliciting business sign-off, governance, and action where appropriate.
• Skilled manager who can track team performance, escalate to higher-ups as needed, and keep everyone organized. 
• Experienced in reporting project status to multiple levels of senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and transparent fashion.

 What you will do: 

• Be in charge of a project to gather system design information from internal technology departments & vendors.
• Utilize company tools to document the data and establish best practices for a team of nine.
• Manage a team of engineers and project coordinators to keep project timeline on track.
• Precisely track schedules, meetings and reports - keeping everyone organized.
• Report progress and roadblocks on a bi-monthly basis to appropriate stakeholders internally.
• Utilize Jira to manage interactions & tasks. 

It would be awesome if you had the following:

• Experience running projects using Agile principles and Jira.
