Position Overview

As the Senior Project Manager at Electra, you'll dive into the heart of innovation as you help our tech team build, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions for our elite clients. As the orchestrator of all things Scrum within Electra's PMO, you'll be at the forefront of driving collaboration and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing schedules, logistics, and releases to customers for various Technology projects
• Identifying and communicating project-related risks to stakeholders
• Leading teams in identifying and implementing risk mitigation measures
• Managing all customer communications and leading customer meetings for projects
• Managing the Scrum process for assigned internal & customer projects, including planning sessions, standups, demos, and retrospectives
• Working with product managers and technical leads on prioritizing activities for team sprints
• Designing and implementing continuous process improvement activities
• Implementing and reporting dashboards to provide a department-wide overview of projects and high-level status for the Executive team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields or higher
• Proven experience in project management for software development in a startup environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to success
• Expert in Scrum or other Agile methodologies with a high level of fluency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and startup environment

Nice to haves:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) active certification
• Exposure to automotive cloud/embedded development
