We endeavor to create experiences that people love, by revolutionizing the way they connect and communicate with brands, and we are currently on the hunt to find a Senior Project Manager who will lead all manner of projects (strategic, operational, technical etc.) and change initiatives, overarching people, process, and technology.
Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager at TSA, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of projects, following TSA's Project Management Framework and will also deliver improvements in how we operate while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational initiatives aimed at improving customer service, efficiency, and overall call centre performance. The Senior Project Manager ensures that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
The Details:
- Ensure successful project delivery, effective scoping, and focus on strategic objectives.
- Coordinate activities, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely, quality delivery while managing risks and issues.
- Empower and support team members, providing visibility and ensuring unblocked progress.
- Organize project data, knowledge, and communication efficiently to promote clarity and transparency.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and enhance key business processes.
- Contribute to, promote, and provide training on EPMO project management methods and practices.
- Lead teams, foster collaboration, and continuously improve project delivery and team culture.
- Drive positive change, support high adoption, and celebrate success to inspire and motivate others.
- Identify, nurture, and develop talent while creating solution-oriented, inclusive teams.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Minimum three years of professional business experience, preferably in the Contact Centre space, with strong business understanding.
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful solutions for TSA and its clients.
- A team player dedicated to high performance and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Work independently, making priority calls to manage time and resources effectively.
- Focus on the right tasks at the right time with determination and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative style.
- Promote engagement, recognize performance, and make stakeholders feel valued.
- Humble, hungry, and smart, with a goal-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
