Next Nest Hatching is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects around the successful installation of our cutting-edge poultry hatching equipment at customer facilities worldwide. The role involves overseeing intricate installations, requiring meticulous planning, coordination of various vendors, and effective communication across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders.

Your Mission:

• Strategic Planning & Design: Engineer captivating solutions during the sales process.
• Site Readiness & Coordination: Ensure seamless execution.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Foster collaboration across teams and exceed customer expectations.

Who You Are:
We need a fearless individual who is, or can swiftly become, a technical expert in turkey hatchery design. You’ll start by demonstrating your leadership agility by creating our post-sale execution process, crafting a team that our customers simply cannot imagine operating without. Our flagship product, the Turkey HatchCare system, is intricate and will frequently call on you for ingenious solutions when integrating into existing spaces. Juggling competing priorities while making constant progress forward must be second nature. Your dedication to go the extra mile to support the team and ensure well-informed customers will earn us their business for the long-haul. As a leader within our organization, your knack for identifying opportunities and proactively addressing them reflects your innate drive to take initiative and foster growth. Requirements:

• 🌍 Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of turkey facilities and environmental control systems.
• ✏️ Design Maestro: Engineering knowledge is ideal, but mastery of CAD or 3D drawing tools is required.
• 🚀 Project Dynamo: 5+ years of project management experience.
• 🤹‍♂️ Multitasking Maverick: Juggle multiple stakeholders and resources.
• 🧠 Analytical Alchemist: Proficient in data analysis.
• ✈️ Jetsetter Spirit: Willing to travel globally.
