Job Description
As a Professional Services Senior Project Manager you are an integral part of the Customer Experience (CX) team and will focus on the most critical phase of the customer journey with QGenda, ensuring timely implementations. Your primary objective is to guide the customer through the implementation phase keeping all involved parties informed through constant communication of project status and objectives while ensuring deadlines are met. You are responsible for establishing a strong foundation that will drive future successes. Ultimately, your outstanding organizational skills will impress the customer and build extreme confidence from the onset!
How You'll Make an Impact
- Work with new and existing customers to implement QGenda products into their current infrastructure by overseeing and supporting high-priority and complex projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain documentation to effectively manage onboarding new customers, project planning, requirements gathering, resourcing, budgeting, change management, risk management and project close.
- Managing teams of internal stakeholders to ensure that all customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time within budget.
- Communicate with internal and external executives regarding project status and risks.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and activities with cross functional teams.
- Serve as a mentor to project managers and other members of the organization in addition to onboarding and training new team members.
Who You Are:
- Demonstrated excellent Project Management knowledge and experience.
- Experience in effectively leading complex implementations from sales handoff to go-live.
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic accounts across multi specialities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience You Bring
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- PMP Required
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects of large size and complexity in an external customer-facing environment in the IT or Healthcare industry
- Experience utilizing SalesForce or similar CRM software
- Expert with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Travel up to 20%

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000, and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education and other relevant factors for a potential new employee. This job is eligible for bonus pay.
