Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Formation and mobilization of the program team
• Partnering with Finance to shape detailed business case/s and ongoing funding requirements for the entirety of the program
• Development of an integrated program plan and roadmap, outlining how major milestones in this initiative align with other large transformational program
• Set up and alignment of governance of the program with other existing digital governance forums
• Identifying and sequencing use cases to leverage interdependencies and deliver maximum value through the life of the program
• Manage the program team to deliver the program plan, track benefits, manage risks/issues and report status, ensuring ongoing alignment to GSC&S Digital Strategy and projects throughout.

Requirements

• Significant Program Management experience with proven delivery track in a digital environment
• Familiarity with Digital Twins and Control Towers / Command center preferably in Supply Chain
• Supply Chain Management knowledge
• Familiarity with leading-edge digital technologies
• Demonstrable experience of senior Stakeholder Management
• Proven track record of collaborating successfully across complex, global, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated skills in story telling with data and ability to successfully present sophisticated information to senior leaders to influence decision-making in a meaningful way!
• Ability to handle ambiguity and change both effectively and pragmatically.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
