As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality products and services to eClinical Solutions’ clients and partners. You will develop roadmaps and timelines for executing the highest quality of Data Management support to our clients within their clinical trials. You are responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, managing client expectations and approvals on scoped deliverables, balancing and reconciling the project budget, serving as the point person for project communication and issue escalation, effectively realigning resources in response to scope changes and proactively mitigating other potential risks, fostering positive and long-lasting client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and driving project efforts toward successful (on time, on budget, within scope) completion.

Your day to day:Â
- Successfully lead cross-functional teams, drive complex projects and programs, build loyal and lasting customer relationships, collaborate with external data partners, and ensure flawless delivery of all contracted professional services objectives (within scope, timelines and budget)Â
- Leverage experience and training to initiate operational process efficiencies, improve the quality-of-service delivery and mentor junior PMO staffÂ
- Adhere to all internal standards and regulatory guidelines regarding proper development and maintenance of project documentation, stakeholder communication, budget and billing oversight, internal and external audits, and secure information sharingÂ

Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or analytic discipline preferredÂ
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in processÂ
- 8+ years of Project Management experience preferredÂ
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or an equivalent consulting role supporting Data Management activitiesÂ
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills, including the ability to effectively resource competing priorities and adapt to changing client demandsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to effectively partner with audiences at all levels of the eClinical Solutions and client organizationsÂ
- Commitment to utilizing operational standards, PMI methodologies and best practices with a focus on process efficiencies and revenue growth opportunitiesÂ
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with confidence to take charge of escalated issues and roadblockÂ
- Expert with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, etc.) and collaborative platforms like MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointÂ
- In-depth knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology and domains, CRO partnerships, and secure data management standards desired Â
