About The Team

The Centric Pricing and Inventory Business Unit is a fast-growing, fast-paced team, with many exciting opportunities for the entrepreneurial-spirited individual who wants to be a part of the most innovative in-season pricing & inventory solutions in the industry. This team requires a real sense of initiative and autonomy to deal with everyday situations. Centric is aggressively penetrating the fashion/apparel, beauty, and home markets with solutions in Market Intelligence & Trends, and Price & Inventory optimization automation. The ability to deal with customers and handle customer situations will be key. 

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 onboarding projects as project manager in parallel
• Responsibility for planning and managing tasks & resources as well as budget and invoicing of onboarding projects
• Manage Change Request process for customers within onboarding projects
• Continuously improve project management process, template and documentation
• Ensure time & effort is being accurately tracked by all project members
• Constant communication about the progress and status with internal & external stakeholders.
• Conduct post project evaluations
• Ensure proper documentation about customer setup during onboarding

What You Bring

• You have a degree in business administration, computer science or similar
• 3+ years of experience in the successful implementation of complex projects in an agile working environment (best case with a Prince2 certificate) and in stakeholder management
• You have a convincing presence in the analytical SaaS environment and can present complex issues in a comprehensible way in your communication at all hierarchical levels
• At best, you have industry experience in retail or in the consumer goods industry (fashion/lifestyle) and you are passionate about digital tools and interested in artificial intelligence
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, diverse and multi-national team,
• Your English language skills are business fluent, additional languages are a plus
• Even if the customers are primarily served remotely, you are willing to travel from time to time
