As the Senior Project Manager, you will direct and oversee the execution of seven individual projects, ensuring goals are met within the stipulated project plan, timeline and budget. You will ensure adherence to project scope while maintaining control of scope creep. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the standing up of new application instances, including but not limited to jFrog Artifactory, Confluence, GitHub, Rally, and White Source on SaaS and/or AWS platforms. You will manage all aspects of the data migration process, from the planning stage to user validation and certification of migrated artifacts. You will provide strategic leadership and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including GE Aerospace and GE Corporate teams, to ensure alignment and partnership. You will monitor project progress and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans when necessary. You will lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. You will also prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, providing insight into timeline, budget, risk, and progress.

If This Describes You, Apply Today!

• Proven experience in project management, ideally with a background in IT and software development projects
• At least 5 years of experience in both waterfall and agile/scrum methodologies
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in various platforms and applications, including jFrog Artifactory, Docker registry, Confluence, GitHub, Rally, White Source, Jenkins, SonarQube, AWS Fargate (Serverless), AWS, and SaaS platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong working relationships.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
• A relevant Project Management certification
