Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager. Troy, MI. Manage Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) project deliverable performance from award/booking through life of project. Lead all aspects of the ADAS platforms; software and hardware development and delivery to drive flawless execution within the defined budget. Direct project execution, develop execution plan, supervise overall project plan and reviews, and manage project risks through cross-functional problem solving/mitigation strategy development. Monitor and maintain engineering project records, promote strong collaboration across other OEM groups and internal teams. Prepare status reports for assigned project activities (executive reports, open issues/key actions escalations, critical path, risks, etc.). Create, implement and maintain staffing/resource plan and ensure proper staffing is in alignment with all competencies and deliverables to meet project goals. Responsible for project budget compliance, project schedule/achievement plan adherence. Requires Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science and at least two years of industry experience in automotive product design and project management, experience must include ADAS product technology, brand alignment, product development, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management, product validation, PCB layouts, housing designs, DFMEA, and mold-flow analyses.
