This role sits at the heart of large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) deployments, leading complex enterprise projects for global organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through end-to-end implementation of advanced PLM solutions across diverse industries. The position combines strategic leadership, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensure delivery excellence, and align project outcomes with customer business objectives. Working with cutting-edge, cloud-enabled PLM technology, you will play a key role in shaping digital transformation initiatives for major enterprises. Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM implementation projects, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary trusted advisor for customers, leading workshops, planning sessions, and executive-level discussions.
  • Develop and validate statements of work, project plans, budget estimates, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage project governance, including status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore, offshore, and partners) to ensure successful solution deployment.
  • Oversee Agile-based project execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery methodologies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining financial control, quality standards, and delivery performance.
  • Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5–7+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise PLM implementations.
    • Proven track record in leading complex software deployment projects with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong experience in project budgeting, P&L oversight, invoicing, and commercial delivery management.
    • Solid understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies and Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive-level clients.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills (SOWs, project plans, and technical documentation).
    • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a focus on delivery excellence.
