We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our Vice President, Product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create master T&A project timelines in the excel and MONDAYS project management software tool for all new product launches, reorders and KREWE collateral.
  • Maintain full scope of T&A timeline tasks from product concept to launch. Track and communicate to cross-functional key stakeholders to keep T&A on time, with in-full delivery. 
  • Create and distribute formal weekly agenda for the Design Studio T&A update.
  • Create weekly/monthly/annual summary T&A timeline reports from the master T&A as required by senior management.
  • Interface as required with and provide input to the Creative Director and Studio Manager to enable final design approval and sign-off.
  • Spearhead communications amongst the Krewe Design Team, overseas KREWEW Development and Production leads and 3rd Party Manufacturers to obtain regular updates and status per the project milestones and driving each task to conclusion without delay.
  • Identify delays and work diligently with core team to draw to resolution that upholds the KREWE brand standards while maintaining timeline. Advise VP of Product with clear and timely status and recommended action. Update T&A with rescheduled dates, alerting key stakeholders of these changes that impact the business. 
  • Coordinate and track product Sample orders with the 3rd Party Design Team Leader, advise delays and impact to the T&A dates by department.
  • Report and analyze performance against internal KREWE and external vendor KPIs. Deliver insights to VP of Product, Development and Production Leads with recommended processes to yield speed, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Review and analyze the weekly factory WIP Reports with a focus on the status of Development WIP’s. Investigate shipment delays and update the PD Team accordingly. Update the MONDAYS project timeline with the latest information.
  • Handle special requests related to Product Design and Development as requested by the Creative Director or VP of Product.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management role in product-related category - eyewear a plus
  • Based in New Orleans
  • High proficiency in excel, project management tools
  • Highly analytical and creative thinking
