What we’re looking for: 

Reporting to the Director of Technical Operations, the (Senior) Project Manager is part of a team entrusted with our most important strategic initiative. The goal of the team is to upgrade every customer in our current customer base to our latest platform, as fast as possible. You'll have an integral part in ensuring we meet our strategic goals by unlocking upsell potential and retaining customers. It is a versatile role that is client facing and where you'll be working closely with many different stakeholders internally. 

The role of the Project Manager is to coordinate the upgrade while assuming the role of a project manager, trusted advisor, admin trainer, and tour guide for the customer. Besides getting the client on the Hive platform, our goal is to provide the customer with a change management experience that exceeds their expectations, thereby setting an optimal stage for Customer Success Management and Account Management to develop the account further

Responsibilities: 

  • Take full ownership of a project from project kick-off to the customer being live on Hive.  
  • Coordinate projects and drive upgrades.  
  • Assume the role of a “tour guide” for the customer, thereby ensuring a smooth transition from One to Hive including all aspects of change management/expectation setting with all relevant customer stakeholders  
  • Set customers up for success on the new platform  
  • Empower building and optimization of our upgrade processes and collateral.  

Daily tasks: 

  • Evaluation of the customer solution  
  • Match prioritized pipeline with resources available and plan ahead.  
  • Customize generic project plan to fit individual upgrade 
  • Kick off with client & recurring meetings with client throughout upgrade 
  • Admin training 
  • Communication throughout the upgrade process 
  • “Handover” to CSM after Live on Hive. 
  • Internal process optimization 
  • Reporting  

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a project manager or with implementations and change management in an enterprise setting  
  • High level of structure and attention to detail 
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-orientation and service-mindedness
  • A skilled technical background or technical affinity and a good general understanding of IT infrastructure and solution deployment
  • Proficiency in English. German, Danish and French are of advantage
