Senior Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Funnel Operations team. This role is crucial for optimizing our project setup and qualification processes ensuring an efficient and effective contributor experience across our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management data analysis and user experience auditing with a proven ability to implement feedback and insights to continually improve operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Set Up Operations: Lead the setup of projects in Mercury and ADAP ensuring all operational requirements are met for successful project launches..

Data Insights and Recommendations: Utilize historical use case data to offer strategic advice on refining qualification steps. Analyze patterns and trends to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project qualifications..

Qualification Operations:

Develop and rigorously test qualification processes. Create a seamless and scalable qualification framework that can be applied across various projects..

User Experience Auditing: Conduct end-to-end (E2E) audits of the contributor experience. Identify challenges and areas for improvement within the project setup and qualification processes aiming to enhance overall contributor satisfaction..

Feedback Implementation: Actively respond to feedback and insights from contributors. Utilize this valuable input to refine and adapt the funnel processes ensuring a responsive and contributor-focused approach to project management..

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management preferably within a technology or crowd-sourced environment..

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies..

Demonstrated ability to develop test and improve processes.

Proficient in auditing and enhancing user experiences with a keen eye for identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively gather and implement feedback from diverse groups of individuals.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment..
