Senior Project Manager

Trissential is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client team remotely with occasional onsite visits to Milwaukee offices. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in telecom, network infrastructure, and financial management, with a strong emphasis on documentation and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee telecom infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure project goals are met, including budget, timeline, and quality objectives
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain project plans using MS Project, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Provide expertise in Cisco Systems, Pal Alto, Secure Access (firewalls/threats), web application firewalls, and virtual desktops
• Monitor and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in telecom and network infrastructure
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and financial records
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficient resource utilization
• Foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment, encouraging team members to contribute to project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in telecom and network infrastructure

Essential skills

• Expertise in Cisco Systems, Pal Alto, Secure Access (firewalls/threats), web application firewalls, and virtual desktops
• Strong proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools
• Exceptional documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure

Experience

• Proven experience in managing telecom infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, with the ability to manage project budgets effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $142,000 - $160,000 annually based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
