Senior Project Manager

OVERVIEW

The marketing strategy team engages with five branches of the business, and the project manager will be responsible for improving the flow of communication and information within each of those branches. Exceptional organization and communication are required for this role. We will rely on this person to implement and improve current work flows as well as scheduling new and regular meetings with appropriate team members to work through any questions or concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Analyze creative, photo and marketing strategies in order to forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions 
• Implement new processes and functions cross functionally as necessary 
• Communicate cross functionally with sales, photo, social, web and creative teams 
• Create and maintain fluid and effective project schedules including RACI, timeline, budgets, manpower, and costs associated with new projects 
• Proactively handle project issues and/or risks 
• Project a positive yet assertive attitude while establishing effective professional relationships 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum (8) years relevant experience in apparel/beauty/lifestyle industries 
• Effective oral and written communication skills 
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams 
• Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office 
• Familiar with Asana project management systems 
• Critical thinker and problem solver 
•  Team player with a focused attention to detail 

The Base Salary Range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
