About Our Managed Services Practice

The Managed Services practice within Perficient takes a people + process structured approach to helping our clients. We focus on understanding customer priorities for their in-production support need. We manage the support cadence, driving in all areas where we can, yet still working as a partner to be agile and set priorities each week as new support issues come in. We assemble teams accountable for delivery, who also report out on a regular basis on our support findings, constantly looking at how the team's velocity is tracking and applying or adjusting our processes to meet the need of each request. Our Managed Service practice is global, covering all time zones and shifts in a 24/7 model.

Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-level Managed Support team for an Enterprise-level MSO Program.

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to manage throughput and cadence of the full Managed Service team. This role would have responsibility to L1, L2 and L3 teams within a standard IT support model. The primary role is to be the main point of contact for the client and be responsible for leading and driving our clients' program to success. The Project Manager plans, facilitates, and drives all aspects of highly complex issues or support enhancements via an agile methodology. They interface with Perficient technical and business delivery personnel, as well as vendors and customers on a regular basis. Additionally, being a senior member of the organization, they will formally and informally mentor junior consultants.

The role is intended to manage and adapt continuously to support goals and client needs. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with all departments to deliver quality solutions to our customers, including: Customer Stakeholders, Global Team members, MSO Triage Teams, Ticketing Agents, Build Teams, Architects, and Integration Partners (where applicable).
