Overview:
Our Healthcare Global Services Delivery (GSD) team is seeking a dynamic, driven Senior Project Manager to lead customers through the end-to-end project life cycle of Nuance Patient Engagement implementations. The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a solid understanding of software development and call center technologies, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, control, and completion of customer projects. The Project Managers is an influential leader in the customer life cycle, ensuring the customer experience is consistent with company strategy, resulting in high customer satisfaction and system utilization.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Direct accountability and responsibility for overall project success from start to finish.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction throughout the implementation.
  • Confidently communicate with cross-functional project team, diverse subject matter experts, leadership, and C-suit.
  • Manage and communicate expectations internally and externally, recalibrating appropriately to deliver project to plan.
  • Collaborates with internal resources to assess, understand, and define project requirements, scope, constraints, schedule and milestones.
  • Work closely with customer and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed solutions requirements, define/refine a detailed scope of work for all project deliverables, develop a detailed project plan complete will all required deliverables.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, lead execution of mitigation and resolution strategies, including escalations.
  • Produce and maintain staffing, capacity, cost and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain detailed and actionable project plans and documentation.
  • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and enrich fellow Project Managers to foster project management skillset growth, support peer-to-peer enablement across products and product families.
  • Represent Nuance Values with professionalism, integrity and respect.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Years of work experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience in a Professional Services capacity collaborating directly with Clients and Partners in the Healthcare field.
Required Skills:
  • Healthcare & Contact Center Technology PM Experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, manage communication per RACI, concise and impactful messing tailored to audience.
  • Established competency in planning, scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risk and change control management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and diverse subject matter experts.
  • Ability to build, lead, develop, coach and motivate a project team.
  • Aptitude to learn and adapt to new processes and applications/tools.
  • Knowledge of Hybrid and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel as required (15%)
  • A positive attitude with the ability to have fun while meeting the demands of a face-paced business.
