Senior Project Manager
Job Description
- Manages the daily operations and projects within unit or Series
- Responsible for planning and directing budgets, goals, and business objectives
- Oversees all aspects of projects including projection development, milestone tracking, project completion, summaries and follow up
- Creates and analyzes reports based on project outcomes, preparing presentations for Senior management
- Support Operations group by analyzing and responding to critical business issues
- Manage other operations projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism or communications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in business environment with a minimum of five years of business operations project management or strategic communications
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong presentation skills and ability to provide presentation coaching
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
- Proficient computer and Microsoft suite skills
- Adaptable, self-motivated, flexible
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
- Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine
- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
- Legally able to work in the United States
