Primary Responsibilities
In this Senior Project Management role, we'll count on you to:
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects and task orders, or large, routine projects including managing project scope, schedule, budget and risk.
- Independently coordinate work of a team of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development and delivery
- Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Manage subcontractors
- Participate in reviews with the client and various governing agencies for compliance
- Lead work sessions with the consultant team to advance the delivery of design or project deliverables
- Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
- Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed
- Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architectural, Construction, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years industry or project management experience
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- PE or PG
- PMP

The expected compensation range for this position is $127,743 - $182,490 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
