As Senior Project Manager, you will support business partners in Major Accounts driving execution of all initiatives within the scope of the newly created governance team. You will assess and manage risks and issues, direct project timeliness, and work collaboratively to ensure milestones are successfully met. You will bring everyone to the table and lead communication with stakeholders including monthly meetings, provide analysis of KPIs, and drive achievement of strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
- Lead large project teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
- Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization.
- Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
- Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
- Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project.
- Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
- Employ highly developed consultative skills.
- Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.
- Provide analysis of projects, including business case, ROI and post-project review.
- Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- You have 5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
- You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to build relationships with business partners. You manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them. In addition, you present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone while leading a project team.
- You have managed medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects.
- You are proficient with project management tools and structured methodologies.
- You have excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
For extra comfortability in the role:
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.
- Advanced knowledge of functional area and related company products.
- Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization
