About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage complex software projects from initiation to delivery. In this role, you will coordinate and lead multiple projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimation, planning, and delivery for single or multiple projects or workstreams.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues and addressing challenges such as dependencies, infrastructure, and operational constraints.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to achieve product goals.
• Propose and lead improvement initiatives within the engineering organization to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Expertise in managing projects throughout their lifecycle using structured methodologies.
• Strong experience in delivering software projects using Agile development processes.
• Proven track record in multi-platform technology projects, especially in complex and dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Experience in setting up and administering Jira Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of web and software technologies (preferred).
