Senior Project Manager, Assay Launches

We're looking for an Sr. Project Manager who will be responsible for the cross-functional planning and execution of new assay launches within our Oncology and Neurology businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the development and launch of a portfolio of projects, including new laboratory developed tests (LDTs) and new operational workflows
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across disciplines (R&D, Laboratory, Medical, Product & Engineering, Commercial Strategy, Marketing) to plan and execute new Oncology and Neurology assays
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and the end-to-end project plan for a variety of projects at once
• Identify, design, and implement continuous improvements to our launch playbook; maintain a strong feedback loop so that each subsequent launch is more successful than the last
• Report project statuses, quality metrics, and general feedback to team leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operating experience including project management and a track record of exceeding KPIs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible and resilient with the ability to execute on changing business priorities

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plans
