The Senior Project Manager - Consumer Digital Solutions is part of the team responsible for driving marketing technologies to build scalable and industry-leading eCommerce experiences across our brands and services. The focus of this role is to manage the planning, execution and successful delivery of eCommerce, direct marketing and compliance data projects to ensure the efficient and effective use of data to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be experienced working within a cross cloud Salesforce environment and requires a strong overall background in data architecture, data management and integrations.

How You'll Create Possibilities
- Lead projects related to management of our large consumer database including compliance and privacy projects, deprecation of legacy data sources, transitioning legacy data processes to enterprise systems, audience segmentation and improving data quality and usability.
- Project Management:
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams throughout project execution.
- Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards.
- Data Governance and Strategy:
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the data governance team to maintain data integrity and security.
- Define data strategy and roadmap to support organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and implement solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
- Report project status, risks, and achievements to senior management.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Work closely with partners and analysts to drive data-driven initiatives.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, technical degree preferred
- 5 years' experience in data management or project management
- Embraces problem-solving and solutioning
- Proficiency in SQL and database architecture
- Expertise in marketing technology platforms and tools
- Highly collaborative and able to influence and lead
- Strong analytical background
- Comfortable diving into code as well as strategic planning and presenting to executives
- Excited about solving complex challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing or mentoring individual contributors
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM Platform
