Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Production Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading NYC-based Creative fabrication and large format print company. The ideal candidate will excel at managing a high volume of projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will work closely with design teams, production staff, and clients to ensure timely delivery and precise adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage multiple fabrication and print projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery. • Collaborate with production and client teams to align project goals and specifications. • Handle print, fabrication, and installation projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Collaborate with team members to provide proactive solutions to any challenges that arise during the production process. Requirements: • Proven experience in the print, fabrication, and installation industry, with a focus on managing projects either on the vendor, agency, or retailer side. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
