Senior Project Manager (Design-Build)
Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will ensure that the overall Project design is completed, and design criteria and requirements are met.
Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:
- Coordinate the individual design disciplines
- Ensure that the overall Project design is completed and design criteria and requirements are met
- Be onsite full-time while design is ongoing and until construction is at least 75% complete, and thereafter as needed
- Responsible for design quality management and shall be the engineer of record who shall have primary responsibility for design work
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Registered professional engineer in Arizona
- Relevant experience should include
- 15 years on complex highway infrastructure projects
- 10 years managing the design of major interstate or highway systems
- 5 years or design-build design management of major interstate or highway systems
- Strong industry relationships and an understanding of municipal, state, and federal criteria
- Significant experience and understanding of local, regional, state, and federal policies, programs, and procedures
- A self-directed practitioner with strong project management and project delivery skills
- Ability to supervise staff, bid projects, and develop project execution plans and technical deliverables
- Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels
- Technical expert with outstanding team building, writing, proposal development, cost estimating, and program execution skills
- Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
