Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager, ERP will contribute to driving critical ERP projects and programs that directly support and impact our global community of internal team members by equipping them with the tools, technology and process to be successful in whatever they do.
This position can be based out of a remote location in the United States, East Coast preferred
How you’ll contribute:
- Support the Corporate IT Project Management and Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) teams with program and project administration
- Independently manage complex projects and programs across the Enterprise Application portfolio.
- Drive activities related to the successful execution of projects in the EBS portfolio with limited oversight, including (but not limited to): planning, scheduling, resourcing, communication and status reporting, backlog management, risk mitigation, and change management
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, project planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint/release planning and other Agile/Scrum-related meetings
- Lead and/or participate in project retrospectives and determine areas for improvement
- Consistently identify and drive areas for process improvement across the Corporate PMO and IT as a whole
What will make you successful:
- 5-7 years of project management experience within an Enterprise organization – financial services industry a plus
- Ability to collaborate with team members and drive task completion
- Ability to confidently communicate with and present to management/executive-level project stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, manage multiple projects, and quickly shift priorities based on management and business needs
- An understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- An understanding of project management methodologies and practices
- Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Technical proficiency with IT Service Management platforms, such as Atlassian JIRA, ServiceNow or similar
- Technical proficiency in - or interest in learning about - SaaS-based IT tools.
