Senior Project Manager (Experience with Embedded projects )

N-iX is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Experience with Embedded projects)  to join the team.

Responsibilities:


• Managing multiple projects and teams
• Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
• Building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
• Manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc
• Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing project/account teams
• Ensure teams follow best practices on the project
• Track project progress, ensure smooth processes and execution process improvements
• Travel to the client for business trips when necessary

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of project management experience
• Strong project management knowledge and experience
• Past experience working on a technical roles (e.g Team Lead)
• Experience working with embedded/IoT projects
• Teamwork mindset
• English — Upper -Intermediate (B2) or higher

Nice to have:

• PMP certificate (or similar)
