Job Description

Location: Paris

👩‍💻 As a Senior Project Manager, you will join a diverse team of 20 members, responsible for implementing the Shippeo solution across various customer organizations and industries.

You'll lead multiple client implementations, ensuring successful roll-outs. This central role involves working closely with internal and external teams.

Reporting to the Project Director, your responsibilities include:

• Guide Clients End-to-End: Lead clients through the full implementation journey—gather requirements, create project plans, support technical setup, train key users, and drive change management.

• Engage Stakeholders: Organize and lead weekly client meetings and regular steering committees to review goals, track progress, and manage any risks.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Customer Success to align delivery with client needs, and coordinate with Product, Support, and Carrier Onboarding teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Manage Project Risks: Identify and address risks proactively to maintain project timelines and outcomes, creating mitigation plans as needed.

• Mentor and Lead: Support the growth of junior Project Managers and interns, stepping in to guide complex projects when needed.

• Support Sales Opportunities: Lead client workshops, present Shippeo’s implementation methodology, design delivery plans, assist with RFPs, and define setup budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in Project Management or as an Analyst, ideally with a background in consulting.

• Language Skills: Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English is required, and a third language is a plus.

• Project Management Prowess: Proven track record in managing large projects, including budget and planning responsibilities.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Keen analytical ability to identify challenges and implement pragmatic solutions.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client and internal interactions smoothly.

• Autonomy & Adaptability: Willingness to take on challenges independently and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
