Senior Project Manager - Full Cycle

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial interior project(s), from project inception to execution of construction.
• Developing project scope and objectives, alongside internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on building and developing relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing a project schedule and ensuring internal and external stakeholders maintain schedule.
• Demonstrating experience of high-performance and striving for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvement at every opportunity, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading internal meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and follow-through of task completion.
• Leading client project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and follow-through of task completion.
• Undertaking an initial review of design and construction contracts, with support of internal legal counsel.
• Understanding of construction costs, with the ability to review and challenge costs, where necessary.

Skillset required:

• Experience working in a similar Project Management role, either in commercial interiors, life sciences, architectural or project management practice.
• Knowledge and understanding of construction contracts
• Knowledge and experience in architectural, engineering and construction principles.
• Ability to work on several projects in parallel with effective time management.
• Ability to travel to/from project sites as required.
• Ability to work and lead an effective and collaborative project team.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
