Job Description:

Arrow is looking for a Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Enablement Project Manager to join the global compensation and benefits enablement team in our Centennial, CO location.
The Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Enablement Project Manager is responsible for supporting strategic business objectives through the design, development and execution of Arrow's global compensation and benefit programs. The manager is a key business partner to the global HR function and responsible for successfully managing global HR and leadership relationships and global compensation and benefits enablement projects, while providing enablement support and guidance to the regional compensation and benefits teams.
This position will follow a hybrid schedule coming into the office two or three days per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Global Compensation and Benefits Projects and Initiatives: Design, develop, and lead the execution of strategic global compensation and benefits programs, systems, and initiatives via teams comprised of global and regional compensation and benefits and HR technology professionals. Projects may include pay transparency initiatives, global benefits administration system implementation, and global recognition program implementation.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with external vendors such as Syndio (pay equity tool), Aon (global benefits consulting), and various others (compensation communication, tool and video development).
  • Compensation Consulting: Consult with regional compensation and benefits teams and human resources business partners to facilitate leadership and employee understanding and interpretation of Arrow's new compensation and benefits programs, processes, and systems. Educates, mentors, and trains global and regional human resources teams on new compensation and benefits programs, processes, and systems as needed.
  • Corporate ESG Reporting: Assist with market disclosure research and drafting of compensation and benefits related content for Arrow's annual ESG and 10-K disclosures to ensure Arrow disclosures are comprehensive and aligned with required legal standards.
  • Global Compensation and Benefits Analytics and Research: Complete thorough research on compensation and benefits trends and practices and related costing analysis as needed to inform the global HR and executive leadership team via white papers, presentations, and other materials. Provide technical and analytical support on global projects relating to new global compensation and benefits programs or process design and/or global rewards strategy. Develop global compensation and benefits analytics for HR, leadership, and employees as required on global enablement projects.

What We Are Looking For:
  • 4-year degree
  • 12 years prior compensation and/or benefits experience with progressively more complex assignments and responsibilities
  • Global project management experience
  • Advanced understanding of global compensation and benefits principles, practices and trends.
  • Relationship Management: Proven client relationship skills with leaders and employees at all levels, the ability to collaborate well, and work effectively as a team member or a project manager.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage several global projects simultaneously with competing deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to develop project plans, project charters, and roles/responsibilities outlines, lead weekly global team meetings, and manage project deliverables and deadlines for multiple global projects at a time. Excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate advanced writing skills and able to draft email communications, FAQs, training content in Word and PowerPoint, manager and HR talking points, research summaries, etc. related to compensation and benefits programs, systems, and practices.
  • Consulting Skills: Demonstrate prior experience consulting client groups, HR colleagues, regarding compensation and benefits design, practice, trends, and the implementation of compensation and benefits projects. Ability to assess situations, understand problems and identify the root cause, evaluate potential solutions and implications, and form a plan to address challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to identify and understand system requirements for global projects and work with HR Technology teams to develop and test system functionality and reporting. Knowledge of or the aptitude to adapt quickly to functionality of HRIS or other systems used for global compensation and benefits projects. Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and proficient use of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and compensation and benefits related web applications required
  • Ability to keep highly sensitive human resources and compensation information confidential.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$127,600.00 - $181,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
