Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

Job Description
This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter.
Remote option is available for employees located in the following states; AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, TN, WA, WV, and Washington D.C. (States subject to change at any time)

As the Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure, you will play a critical role as Caesars Sportsbook & Casino's business expands across the US. In this role you will be primarily responsible for planning, developing, managing and overseeing the business needs as it relates to the repeal or amendment of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act and other projects as assigned. By planning and managing the implementation of key initiatives, clearing roadblocks, and providing key status updates to business leadership. These initiatives are technology-driven and will require experience in IT infrastructure support. You will lead and advise a set of cross functional teams including legal, operations, compliance, finance and human resources. You will ensure smooth collaboration across all teams and departments and liaise with pertinent stakeholders from project inception through project completion.
What You Will Do:
The five major areas of the Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure's responsibilities will be, and are not limited to:

• Project and co-project management and delivery of both business-facing and IT-internal projects
• Project management and delivery of continuous improvement projects within IT
• Business analysis of each project, with regards to requirements gathering, scope definition, process analyses and documentation, etc.
• Coordination of business continuity events
• Resource coordination with team managers and procurement leads

What You Will Need:

• 5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure projects
• 2+ years' experience with gaming preferred, or with governmental regulators
• Demonstrated comprehension and experience in utilizing project management and business analyst methodologies and best practices
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing soft skills with siloed, cross-functional tech and business groups
• Experience in areas of tech resource management, procurement, and process improvement
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, etc.)
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, Slack)
• Project Management:
  • Comprehension of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and best practices
  • Requirements and scope management, schedule management, risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies management, stakeholder management, communication management, resource and procurement management, etc
• Business Analysis:
  • Comprehension of business analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Requirements gathering, scope definition, process analyses, gap analyses, root cause analyses, data flow diagrams, testing acceptance plans, etc.
• Soft Skills:
  • Well-organized and attentive to details
