Senior Project Manager (ERP/SaaS Implementation)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager (ERP/SaaS Implementation) based in the United States.

This is a high-impact delivery leadership role responsible for driving complex enterprise ERP and SaaS implementations from initiation through post-go-live support. You will oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring that scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are consistently achieved across multiple concurrent initiatives. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. You will play a key role in shaping implementation strategy, facilitating requirements discovery, and ensuring seamless execution across all project phases. This position blends hands-on project management with deep business analysis experience, making it ideal for someone who has grown from a BA background into delivery leadership. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where precision, communication, and accountability directly impact project success.

• Lead end-to-end ERP and SaaS implementation, migration, integration, and enhancement projects across multiple enterprise clients.
• Manage full project lifecycles including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and discovery meetings with business stakeholders to define solution needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for system design and delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and external vendors to ensure aligned execution.
• Manage Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches depending on project needs.
• Drive project governance, change management processes, and ensure proper documentation and reporting standards.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, training coordination, and post-production support activities.
• Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and adoption of implemented solutions.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically leading ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst with progression into a Project Management role.
• Strong track record of managing full lifecycle enterprise system implementations.
• Experience working across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, and cross-functional coordination.
• Preferred: basic SQL knowledge to support implementation and data-related activities.
